Auntie Blanche's Chocolate Biscuit Cake

8 tablespoons icing sugar
8 tablespoons cocoa powder (bitter)
8 tablespoon butter
1 egg
some vanilla
1 packet of tea biscuits

Beat eggs, then add other ingredients and mix with a fork (leave out biscuits)
until a sticky chocolate sauce forms.
Place biscuits in a plastic bag and seal, break into medium pieces. Lightly
brush a 20cm round (base measurement) cake pan with melted butter to
grease ( you can also line the base and side with non-stick baking paper).
Pour the chocolate sauce over the biscuit pieces and mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into the pan and use the back of a spoon to press firmly.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices to serve.
